Master Exploder

Brewed in collaboration with friends Black Cloak Brewing up in Denbigh. We're both big fans of old school hoppy beers so we decided to brew a big West Coast IPA! Simcoe and Columbus on the hot side followed by a huge dry hop of Simcoe, Chinook, Cascade and Mosaic. The result is a crisp, clean and refreshing bitter IPA that is bursting with aroma and flavours of citrus, pine and just a little darkness.
