Over Christmas & New Years in 2022, we wanted to see if we could do something together and, of course, our Hop Swap series came to mind where we each pick a hop of our choice to shine in a brew. Sweden's hop growing program is still in its early stages, but Idlewild has opted for their crop of Citra hops, whilst we choose @hopproductsaustralia Topaz as our Australian contribution. The resulting deep orange juice bomb is packed with juicy peach, passionfruit and clementine flavours, and aromas from across the citrus spectrum.
