A one-time experiment in ‘mash hopping’, whereby resinous Vic Secret was added with grains to the mash tun to change its overall profile.Jasmine, Orange sherbet and some forest pine wash over some honeyed malts and a grippy palate. The bitterness threatens to take over but remains balanced and refreshing, if perhaps a little grand.
