Small Batch: Lychee Tea Sour

Batch #1 on our new Small Batch series is the creation of Jaime, a Lychee Tea Sour. Using a sour base ale, the beer was then refermented in tank along with the addition of Lychee, before a later addition of Darjeeling tea for a brief maceration before packaging. The resulting taste profile is a blend of Lemon rind, sharp acidity, bready malt and subtle Darjeeling.
