Permutation 6.30

Описание

Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. We name these beers in sequence - their numbering first indicates the year in the Trillium lifespan that the beer was released, followed by a recipe indicator. Learn more about our Permutation series by checking out our overview and our refresh. As part of our continued pursuit of fine German-style beers, we are excited to present to you Permutation 6.30, a Kölsch-Inspired Ale. Pouring a brilliantly bright, golden yellow with a pillowy bone white head, refined aromas of crisp biscuit, cereal grain, and a kiss of honey jump out of the glass. Wonderfully refreshing, Permutation 6.30 finishes dry, with scrubbing carbonation and a subtle bitterness.
