L.B. Beer Fresh Hop Sour

A half and half NZ ale / NZ pilsner malt base featuring a touch of Vienna and wheat malts. The wort was then soured in the kettle overnight with Lactobacillus before being boiled and then steeped over an abundance of fresh, wet, green Nelson Sauvin hop cones. The hops were picked on the same very morning that we brewed with them, and were flown to us on a chartered Sounds Air flight. As fresh as it gets.
