Am imperial cider aged in a red wine barrel from Washington. This barrel once held Bordeaux and Rhone Valley style red wines. We get tannic red fruit, oak vanilla and mild berry with a sweet apple finish. This one drinks nicely with a smooth sweetness and a Big Naughty finish!
