Farmhouse IPA brewed with organic barley malt and rye. Aromatized with a good amount of Chinook wholecone hops and foraged spruce tips. Fermented with our house yeast. Beer with taste evolution. Brewed together with Jasmin Swan of Katla Wines.Ingredients: water, BARLEYmalt, RYE, hops, SPRUCE TIPS, yeast.
