Pep In Your Step, Roasted Pineapple & Jalapeno Sour

Inspired by the Mexican street drink tepache, this beer was created by kettle souring the rinds and core of the pineapple. The flesh then got sent off to our good friends Smoke & Pickle’s drum smoker to get sticky, smokey & caramalised, pureed and then added to the fermentation along side jalapenos & sea salt. Expect bursts of overripe pineapple, lemon & lime tartness and just enough spice to put a pep in your step
