Yet another Salsa, and once again this is a fun test for your taste buds. This time we have added a pinch of Sichuan pepper to our tomato sauce-inspired gose - one of the main culinary spices in China and actually one of the oldest in the region. Despite its name, it has little in common with black or chili peppers, and is more closely related to citrus fruits. Delicate aroma of coriander, a slight numbing effect caused by the specific chemical composition of the Chinese spice, in combination with already traditional chili and smoky notes, make our new salsa a real adventure through the dimensions of taste.
