In the Barrel Aged Series, FoxTown Beer Crew wants to show how wood ageing can influence the flavour of a beer. Cask2022/09 is a bourbon barrel on which our Imperial Stout aged for 1 year and 4 months. Expect sweet and vanilla flavours from the cask that previously held bourbon, complementing the rich and sweet base beer.
