Our Japanese influenced rice lager is brewed using heaps of flaked rice and a decoction mash schedule to promote dryness.We then hopped it with Mittelfruh throughout the boil and finished it with Loral in the whirlpool for softer notes of lemon, orange blossom and floral steamed rice.
