Brew Lab: Medusa Double IPA

Kicking off our Brew Lab series, where we test small batches of developing recipes, we bring you our first pilot batch of a double IPA brewed with Medusa hops. Medusa hops are from a new species for brewers, neomexicanus, and are native to the American Southwest. Huge guava and melon notes explode out of the glass upon first sniff that continues into the body. Underlying spice and pine finish up this delicious, balanced, and drinkable beer.
