Clean, clear and effervescent. Our Champagne-style beer is produced using 100% Pilsner malt, it is then carefully kettle soured and fermented bone dry using authentic Champagne yeast. The result is a fine beaded, pale straw beer with delicate vinous character. The bottle has been aged on lees for 9 months prior to release.
