A Belgian Stout brewed for the inaugural NZ Stout competition at Moon Under Water & Punky Brewster.For this stout we took our Obsidian Stout recipe, changed the yeast, added a bit of coriander and there you go! Smooth, decadant and with a bit more ABV this beer will be one to enjoy with a large slice of chocolate cake!
