Our amped up test #11 IPA was used with experimental hops from Hop Steiner #11704 with flavors of Black currant, passion fruit and papaya and #11701 with flavors of Peach, yuzu, sweet melon and soft apricot. Mosaic and Simcoe were used as late hopping giving this beer its very smooth bitterness and wonderful flavors and aromas.
