This South-German Style Hefeweizen is just asking for a beer garden and friends to share it with.  Clove, Banana and and a medium level of bready characteristics are the forefront of this classic style.  A Low hop presence allows the malt bill to stand out and let the yeast characteristics be the forefront of this delicious, light, German beer.
