Yellow/straw in colour with a crisp white head. Huge and punchy aromas of mango and guava are right upfront while accompanied by a notable and pleasant acidity. A beautiful blend of fruit is delivered with a crisp acidity which carries the well balanced malt sweetness across the palate. Fruited with Mango and Guava.Due to the length of this beer's ferment we have named it after the dragon from The Neverending Story. 51 days in the fermenting vessel... kill me.Enjoy!
