The Smash (single.malt.single.hop) Pale ale style, leaves the entire stage for the hop and allows us to be impressed by it without many distractions. This time we chose a mysterious and new hop variety that did not even receive its permanent name and goes by the temporary name: "HBC 586". It is described as a variety that contains lots of tropical fruits notes, mainly mango, lychee and guava along with a touch of citrus and some chilly.
