Chocolate Stout

A foreign style stout that is pitch black in color and uses 6 different malts, including some coffee malt. Our stout is medium bodied with some residual sweetness from the Belgian Dark Cocao Nibs added after fermentation. Some light hopping during the boil and a late addition of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand give this beer a slight tangerine note. A silky-smooth stout for the dark beer lover!
