Bright, pineapple, citrus.Ida Hoy - brewed to showcase the unique, bright and pungent hop, Idaho7. We also used an absurd amount of oats in this one (~30%) to boost the body/mouthfeel to another level. No coloured malts were used and the result is a beautiful straw-yellow colour. The mouthfeel and creaminess play right into the hop character. Overall impression is massive tropical juice, tangerine, peach, apricot, and orange.
