Godt Øl - Organic Pale Ale

This beer is the third in our series Godt Øl. As we at Hornbeer are wild about hops, we have given this beer a little more than normal but not too much, so one can still taste the malt profile. All ingredients are organic and we have used Wakatu and Cascade hops. Wakatu gives an aroma of flowers and lime, whilst Cascade offers hints of citrus and grape. We think combining these two hop types gives a great result.
