Oat Lager

A lager brewed with a significant percentage of two different types of oats and fermented with a German bock lager strain.Typically we like our lagers a little softer, but we thought it would be a hilariously ironic time to make this our crispiest lager yet, despite the high oat content.We taste notes of toasty bread, nutty porridge, and honey combs with some light, residual citric/floral character and gentle bitterness that peers it's way through.
