Our Sour IPA made on a lot of blackberries.The beer is more tart than sour and has a heavy body due to the huge amount of blackberries.To give it more character we have added some fruity hops and topped it with a bit of cinnamon and vanilla.You can say we have added some good company to the blackberries.
