While we re-build the brewery in Matakana we are taking the series on the road for collaborations with some of New Zealand’s best loved breweries. First up is Parrotdog.Parrotdog was conceived in 2011 out of a love for good beer. We are stoked to have worked with these guys in their magnificent Wellington brewery – they make really high-quality beer and are real good people.This is a ripper of a beer as you’d expect. Hazy pale yellow in the glass with big tropical juice character - mango, guava and orange courtesy of experimental hop 4337. It has a smooth rounded palate thanks in part to Gladfields Big ‘O’ – oats malted especially for brewing with the husk left on. A vibrant and lightly bitter finish.
