Sweet, bitter, bready, citrus and herbal with soft tones of dried fruit.This is a special one-time and limited beer release created by Riccardo as part of our small batch, experimental brew project.beerbliotek experimental brew is a project focussed fully on exploration and experimentation. With a small 100 litre brew kit we get to go nuts, push boundaries and play with ingredients and different styles. It gives them the freedom to experiment, hence the name.
