Biu! Boom!” appeared in the public's view for the first time. This spotlight has brought an indelible and deeply memory in our childhood. Today, 34 years later, we make this spotlight shine again in front of the public. I wonder whether it can still satisfy those experienced gourments? This is an acid IPA that we carefully brewed to obtain a more complex and higher acidity while it does not affect the fermentation. We use two kinds of lactobacillus to acidify the base liquor separately. Also, a lot of Citra and Mosaic hops are put in the process of spinning and dry casting. The finished product surprised us. The foam into the glass is extremely delicate, rich and long-lasting. The body is dark orange and it is clear. It is easy to drink while your lips feel sweet and fragrant. It is well balanced so there is no obvious alcoholic feeling. Freshness and the pleasant feeling make it a high-quality acid IPA .
