Brewed by OSU ferm-sci students Daniel Sharp and Brad Barnette for Dam Jam, this hoppy pale ale offers abundant aromas of tropical fruit and dank herbs. It transitions into a gentler display of these hop notes in its flavor, giving way to a lingering bite of bitterness on the back end. A lighter body and dry mouthfeel make for a crisp, sessionable ode to hops.
