Creek Life

Описание

Sitting somewhere between a traditional English pale ale and a US west coast pale ale , Creek Life is a delicious and well rounded beer that pairs sweet malt flavours with zingy hops and a moderate bitterness. We used a blend of lighter and darker malts to create a deep golden beer. We then layered a selection of English and US hops throughout the brewing process before fermenting with a clean and neutral yeast. The result is a beer that has subtle malt sweetness with characterful notes of citrus, pine, hedgerow berry, nettle and spice.Brewed for our Faversham beer house, The Creeker’s Tap.
