En bouche, on retrouve des fruits à noyaux et des agrumes : un beau mélange de pêches et de pamplemousse. En final, le fruité tend vers des zestes d'agrumes et de la résine de houblon. La gorgée finit bien sèche, avec une amertume persistante.- - - - -Brewery notes: On the nose, we get candied orange, grapefruit and hop resin. The body of the beer is initially quite round. On the palate, we find stone fruits and citrus fruits: a beautiful blend of peaches and grapefruit. In the end, the fruitiness tends towards citrus zest and hop resin. The sip ends up very dry, with a lingering bitterness.
