Back in early 2020 we brewed up a savage stout and set it to rest in our Bourbon Barrels. After 9 months we checked in on the beautiful elixir and knew it was destined for another barrel to ripen, we chose a booze forward Rye Whiskey Barrel and set the Bondulu to sleep for yet another 9 months, unbothered.Teaming up again with our neighbors and best buds argylecoffee we knew exactly what we needed to do, Add Coffee!! Utilizing the necessary ingredients to create a Bondulu we added fresh Madagascar vanilla and house toasted coconut. The end result is exactly what you would expect, a barrel forward coconut candy stout, which we chose to lightly carb to meld the barrels and adjuncts ever so perfectly.
