This beer is a blend of three brews produced in June, September and November 2018.The wort fermented and matured entirely in oak barrels.This portion of the resulting blend refermented in a single firkin with a large concentration of white and red grapes from our brewery neighbour.The beer then conditioned in bottle for five months before release.
