We have reached the 2nd of 36 Chambers of Hazy! For this chamber we wanted to showcase where Hazy’s began. Before it became a competition of maximum Opaqueness, it was a NEIPA. The focus was more on new school fruity and juicy hops being loaded up in the dry hop. Big hop flavor and aroma was the mission of the brewers. So we wanted to pay homage the beginning of the Hazy. So yes, compared to our past(and future) Hazy’s, this beer is somewhat brighter, but the hops are popping! Big notes of lime, mango, guava, and some subtle pineapple and passionfruit. Enjoy this Hazy and see you in the 3rd Chamber!!
