Developed in collaboration with our distant relatives at Mikkeller Baghaven (Refshaleøen, CPH, DK) back in June 2018. "The Time We Faced . . . " is an American Wild Ale fermented & aged in French Oak barrels for 12 months & then blended onto 6.66 lbs (798g) of California Yellow Peaches per gallon (liter) of beer. Refermented and naturally conditioned in the bottle for an additional 7 months.
