There’s something romantic about proper old beer. More wild, interesting flavours, a dedication to craft and lack of dumbing down for mass production. We’ve used a wild Belgian yeast strain, refermented in Brettanomyces, and delicately dry hopped Galaxy and Idaho7.Wild flavours can be hard to balance. Super pungent phenolics with background esters, and a slight tropical hop note for flavour accentuation. It’s wild, but light, drinks with flavour and at 4% you don’t have to worry too much about it. Table Beer, the way it used to be.
