Bobber's Big Red Rye Round 2

This beer is the brainchild of our good buddy and mailman Bob Catherall. Our first batch won Gold at the US Open Beer Championship. So we made it again- but couldn’t help tweaking it a bit. This Amber Ale features rye malt and Mosaic hops. What separates this batch from last years is that we added a mini bail of whole leaf Mosaic hops that will sit in the beer for its lifespan. Yep- both the beer and the bail are sitting in one of the big, silver tanks you see sitting behind our bar. Dig in and dig deep. There’s Mosaic for days, Mosaic for weeks!
