Barrel-Aged Wild Ale with Lemon Verbena and Pineapple SageBottle Release 3/25/23 - $16/500 mLFruit brings aromatics, but also sugars, acids, and other compounds that alter a beer both in predictable and unpredictable ways. These two barrels already had a beautiful tart balance that we didn't want to disrupt, so we infused them with homegrown herbs: Pineapple Sage (from Ken) and Lemon Verbena (from Mike).
