This brew was continuously hopped throughout the boil (à la Dogfish) and then dry-hopped generously with Columbus, Amarillo, Chinook and Simcoe, providing layer upon layer of hop-goodness. The hops showcase a profile rich with pine, resin, citrus oil and dried stone-fruit, complemented by a rich, toasty, creamy malt base. It's classic West Coast and we are loving it.
