In this series of beers we add an extra ingrediënt to oude pijpen lambic from Oud Beersel that's at least two years old. This extra ingrediënt gives another dimension to the lambic in aroma as well as in taste. These beers are produced in very small batches.This lambic refermented and aged for another six months after the addition of our own red grapes
