This Norwegian Farmhouse Ale, brewed using the Kviek yeast strains alongside black currants, provides a very refreshing experience. Bordering on plum in colour, with some pink hues shining through, the black currants in Solbaer produce a slightly tart mouthfeel that is complemented by a spritzy body.
