We added Artisanal Chocolate from our friends at Sweet Minou in every nook and cranny we could find to put it in this beer. We added Cacao Husks in the mash, Cacao Powder in the kettle, aged on Toasted Cacao Nibs in the fermenter, and we used English Chocolate Malt! There’s chocolate for hours, chocolate for days! So much chocolate you’ll scream NO WAY!
