New to the brewery taps this week is The Kilt, a Scotch Ale, which is a smooth malt driven beer style with relatively low hop and bitterness. This one is no different with 5 different malts for a deep malty flavour, and it's then fermented on bourbon soaked oak chips for a subtle whisky barrel and vanilla finish.It's perfect for the cooler weather that's still hanging around our mountains and it's on tap now at the brewery!
