This one is all about the love. Chocolate and Strawberries have both held significance throughout our history, a once-sacred berry that has symbolized the Goddess of Love, sharing space with the Food of the Gods. We loaded a dry cider with mounds and mounds of PA strawberries, and further conditioned it on three types of chocolate. With a lovely strawberry nose, it continues with big strawberry up front, and a soft palate-coating chocolate finish, especially as it warms. Drink slow, and take in the love!
