Rhubarb Yankee

First Brew NEIPA with fresh 35 kg fresh Rhurbarb. Brewed with Pilsner and Vienna Malt, with Magnum bitter hops and 5 kg Cascade hops for aroma. 20 kg Flaked Oats add for body. WB-06 wheat beer yeast used for fermentation. Had a very crisp and distinctive Rhurbarb flavor that stole away from the Cascade hops. Brew still in development for next summer.
