PURPLE, IN SILK.

Описание

C hop city. The hop profile on this West Coast is classic featuring Centennial, Cascade, Chinook and Columbus. Layed over an uninvasive grist that sees a blend of Extra Pale and Maris Otter with a tiny sprinkle of caramalt to give an ever so slight caramel flavour. A dry but minimally sweet malt character sets the stage for old school hop notes of pine, grapefruit zest and pith and floral vibes. The bitterness is pushed up here to create an IPA that's a throwback and stands out amongst all of the other juicier beers we make.
