With Saisonniers we've partnered up with the good folks at The ABGB to make a cider that is a first of its kind! Apple juice was first boiled in ABGB's kettle with Madarina Bavaria hops, then fermented, aged, and bottled at the Cidery. The final cider is uniquely delicious, with notes of lemon, tangerine and basil.
