This beer is a collaboration with our friends and neighbours at Two Pillars Brewing (Calgary). The distinct flavour profile of this beer comes from the French saison yeast strain. This yeast strain has some spice characteristics and complex aromatics, including bubble gum. Idaho 7 hops were added to deliver pungent tropical fruit aromas and flavours like mango, papaya, and orange.
