This beer comes to you courtesy of a gift from 5th generation Kiwi Hop farmer, Brent McGlashen. The gift was a few KG’s of hand pelletised Moutere hops from a single bale that Headbrewer, Scotty, and Brent had sampled during this years NZ hop harvest.With a grain bill of Pale Malt, Rolled Wheat, and some Voyager Dexter Malt for palate weight,  as well as a light golden sheen, this South Pacific Strong Pale is a fragrant, snappy gift indeed. Moutere hops, sourced from a single hop bale at NZ’s legendary Mac Hops, give waves of clingy peaches, raspberry, and white chocolate aromas. Light citrus and candy notes, before a firm but friendly bitterness steers things to a distly dry, cleansing finish that demands another sip.
