Our gose (Salzig) spent two months in a gin barrel. The last keg sat around, waiting for us to figure out what to do with it. We decided to infuse it with cranberry juice as a way to enhance the tartness and to add a fruity counterpoint to the big herbal contribution of the gin barrel.
