Noodling is a fancy fishing technique used in the Southern USA...and is also the inspiration for this little collab with The Catfish. It's the kind of beer you want in the boat with you when having a lazy day on the lake. This is a lightly hopped and textural number that finishes dry. Meaning you could crush it from sun-up 'till sun-down in that boat.
